FOR LIBRARY IMPROVEMENTS AT COLUMBUS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE DEMING PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred thirty thousand dollars ($330,000) to make improvements to the library at Columbus elementary school in the Deming public school district in Luna county.
