FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE STADIUM PARKING LOT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for improvements to the stadium parking lot at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
