FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to make improvements to the wastewater treatment plant in Capitan in Lincoln county.
