FOR A DETENTION ANNEX FOR HOUSING AND COUNSELING DWI OFFENDERS IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($156,000) to construct a detention annex for housing and counseling DWI offenders in Lincoln county.
