FOR RE-ROOFING AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to re-roof the instructional center at eastern New Mexico university in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
