FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO CITY HALL IN FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to make improvements at city hall in Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
