FOR AN ALUMNI HALL OF HONOR AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

fifty-two thousand four hundred twenty dollars ($52,420) to construct an alumni hall of honor at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
