FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 3500 IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to make improvements, including realigning and widening to four lanes, to county road 3500 in San Juan county.
