FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for sodding the launch and play fields at Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for construction of the on-site drainage system at Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) for a master plan and property design for Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county;

nine hundred sixty thousand dollars ($960,000) for the design and construction of a transit drop-off facility and grading for drainage at Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to replace the pilot bridge over the La Cueva channel at Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
