FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CUMBERLAND WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct improvements to the water system for the Cumberland water users association in Chaves county.
