45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Lidio G. Rainaldi

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF ZUNI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

six hundred ninety-seven thousand dollars ($697,000) to extend water and sewer utilities to the correctional facility at the pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county;

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) for phase 1 development of an airport site, including site selection, environmental and archaeological assessments and engineering, at the pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for engineering, demolition and site preparation for the community health modular complex in the pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county.
