FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SENIOR CENTER IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

three hundred twenty-eight thousand eight hundred fifty-eight dollars ($328,858) for capital improvements, including expanding the kitchen and storage area, enclosing the patio and replacing vans, at the senior center in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
