FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT MESQUITE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE GADSDEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to raze a building and make land improvements at Mesquite elementary school in the Gadsden independent school district in Dona Ana county.
