FOR A WALKWAY OVERPASS OVER UNIVERSITY AVENUE FOR ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute

one million three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,350,000) to construct a walkway overpass over University avenue for Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Bernalillo county.
