FOR PURCHASING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN YOUTH CORPS IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-one thousand dollars ($31,000) to purchase tools and equipment for field crews of the Rocky Mountain youth corps in Taos county.
