FOR A HISTORIC MARKER AT BLACKDOM IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five thousand dollars ($5,000) to plan, design and construct a historic marker at Blackdom in Chaves county.
