45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Timothy Z. Jennings

FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A WATER TESTING FACILITY TO SERVE THE SOUTHEASTERN AREA OF NEW MEXICO TO BE LOCATED AT THE ROSWELL CAMPUS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a water testing facility to serve the southeastern area of New Mexico to be located at the Roswell campus of eastern New Mexico university in Chaves county.
