FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HIGH SCHOOL ROAD AND MICHIGAN AVENUE IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to design and construct improvements to High School road and Michigan avenue in Socorro in Socorro county.
