FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT KEN CHAPPY HALL AT ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute

three hundred forty thousand dollars ($340,000) to replace the heating, ventilation and air conditioning and electrical systems at Ken Chappy hall at Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Bernalillo county.
