FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM FOR THE EL SALTO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to construct a new well and make other related improvements for the El Salto mutual domestic water consumers association in Taos county.
