FOR RENOVATING, REPAIRING AND IMPROVING THE EMBUDO HEALTH FACILITY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate, repair and improve the Embudo health facility, where the Rio Grande alcoholism treatment program operates an in-service, residential substance abuse treatment program, in Rio Arriba county.
