FOR REPAIRS TO HEAD GATES AND CULVERTS FOR THE LA MESILLA COMMUNITY DITCH ASSOCIATION IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

twenty thousand three hundred twenty dollars ($20,320) for repairs to head gates and culverts for the La Mesilla community ditch association in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
