FOR CONSTRUCTING A DWI UNIT AT THE RIO ARRIBA COUNTY DETENTION CENTER.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to construct a DWI unit at the Rio Arriba county detention center.
