FOR CONSTRUCTING THE HOGBACK BRIDGE IN THE SAN JUAN CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to construct the Hogback bridge from San Juan chapter to connect to United States highway 64 in San Juan county.
