FOR INFRASTRUCTURE RENOVATION AND EXPANSION AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

four million eight hundred twenty-one thousand dollars ($4,821,000) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
