FOR A YOUTH AND FAMILY SHELTER IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a youth and family shelter in Santa Fe county.
