FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING A MEDICAL AND DENTAL FACILITY IN ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-eight thousand three hundred dollars ($48,300) to plan and design a medical and dental facility in Estancia in Torrance county.
