FOR A STATEWIDE OFFSITE MODULAR STORAGE FACILITY FOR THE LIBRARY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a statewide offsite modular compact storage facility for the university of New Mexico general library in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
