FOR THE PROPOSED NEW MEXICO EXPOSITION CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventeen million dollars ($17,000,000) for planning, designing, engineering and constructing the proposed New Mexico exposition center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
