FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO REFUGE ROCK ROAD IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($525,000) for base course and chip sealing on county road 2, Refuge Rock road, in McKinley county.
