FOR A FIRE SAFETY TRAINING TOWER IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred ninety thousand dollars ($290,000) to construct a fire safety training tower in Gallup in McKinley county.
