FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE TRACK FACILITY AT CAPITAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE SANTA FE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the track facility at Capital high school in the Santa Fe public school district in Santa Fe county.
