FOR A VEHICLE AND BULLET-PROOF VESTS FOR THE TORRANCE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to purchase a vehicle and bullet-proof vests for the Torrance county sheriff's department.
