FOR PURCHASING AND EQUIPPING A SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAM IN EMBUDO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase equipment and furniture for the substance abuse treatment program in Embudo in Rio Arriba county.
