REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF AN EMPLOYMENT SECURITY DEPARTMENT FUND
APPROPRIATION TO ACQUIRE OR RENOVATE AN EXISTING BUILDING FOR A ONE-STOP CAREER
CENTER IN THE LAS CRUCES AREA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.
The balance of
the appropriation from the employment security department fund to the capital
program fund pursuant to Subsection C of Section 30 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000
(2nd S.S.) to expand and make improvements to the Las Cruces workforce
development center in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for its original
purpose, but is appropriated to acquire or renovate an existing building for an
office for the one-stop career center in the Las Cruces area in Dona Ana
county.
