SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 428

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Timothy Z. Jennings

FOR CONSTRUCTING, EQUIPPING AND IMPROVING FIRE DEPARTMENTS IN EDDY AND CHAVES COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase a grass fire truck and related equipment for the fire department in Dexter in Chaves county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to a purchase a tanker fire truck and related equipment for the Penasco fire department in Eddy and Chaves counties.
