FOR PURCHASING BOOKS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR ROSELAWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase accelerated reading books and technology for the writing to read program at Roselawn elementary school in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
