FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING AN ACTIVITY FIELD AT BRAINARD PARK IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan, design and construct an activity field at Brainard park in Artesia in Eddy county.
