REQUESTED BY Timothy Z. Jennings

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($255,000) to re-roof the occupational technology center at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county;

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to re-roof the vocational technology building at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county; and

three hundred twenty-eight thousand four hundred twenty dollars ($328,420) to replace the telecommunications infrastructure at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
