FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to make road improvements to county road 3500, Andrea drive and county road 4990 in San Juan county.
