SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 401

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN AZTEC IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight thousand dollars ($8,000) for computer technology for the chamber of commerce and visitors' center in Aztec in San Juan county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to renovate the courthouse in Aztec in San Juan county;

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to constuct a library in Aztec in San Juan county;.

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to remodel the old boys' and girls' club into a teen center in Aztec in San Juan county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct a skate park at the Hartman park sports complex in Aztec in San Juan county.
