FOR DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING SANDIA HEIGHTS PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct Sandia Heights park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
