FOR PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE VISTA SANDIA EQUESTRIAN PARK IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to complete phase 2 improvements to Vista Sandia equestrian park in Bernalillo county.
