FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO QUINTESSENCE PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to improve the play area, parking lot and turf and grass areas and to grade, irrigate, landscape and install site furniture at Quintessence park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
