FOR EQUIPPING THE NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to purchase solid waste operational equipment for the northwest New Mexico regional solid waste authority in McKinley county.
