FOR MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LA JOYA ACEQUIA IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the existing water delivery system of the La Joya acequia in Socorro county.
