FOR RENOVATING THE OLD HILAND THEATER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000) to renovate the old Hiland theater in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
