FOR FLOOD CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ARROYO DE LA ESCUELA IN HERNANDEZ IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to make improvements along the arroyo de la escuela channel, including constructing a low-water crossing, in Hernandez in Rio Arriba county.
