FOR EXTENSION OF THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL PARK IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred fifty-three thousand dollars ($453,000) to extend the access road to the multipurpose recreational park in Belen in Valencia county.
