FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN WAGON MOUND IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the main water lines in Wagon Mound in Mora county; and

• to the state highway and transportation department

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for street improvements in Wagon Mound in Mora county.
